Every business has unique risks and insurance needs. A Business Package Insurance, commonly referred to as a ‘Business Pack,’ is designed to provide comprehensive coverage for a range of risks that small to medium-sized businesses may encounter. This tailored package includes various insurance options to ensure broad financial protection for your specific business requirements.
Do I need Business Package Insurance?
Business Package Insurance is for any business, no matter what type of business or industry you are a part of.
You will need Business Package Insurance if:
- You’re planning to start a new small to medium sized business
- You’re currently involved in a small to medium sized business
What does an Insurance Package cover?
A typical Business Pack includes the following cover:
- Public & Products Liability Insurance.
- Protection against fire, theft, accidental and malicious damage done to your business (within the limits of the prescribed policy wording).
- Business Interruption.
- Plus, there are separate optional covers available within our policy. These allow you to tailor the policy specifically based on the risks and exposures faced by your business. This means that you don’t have to pay for cover you don’t need.
Important Tips
- Certain Business Insurance policies may also include coverage for vehicles primarily used for business purposes.
- To ensure you get the most suitable package, it’s crucial to provide your insurance broker with a complete overview of your business activities. This helps identify any specific endorsements or exclusions that might impact your coverage.
- Keep in mind that Business Insurance packages do not cover Workers Compensation. For Workers Compensation, you will need to obtain a separate policy.
