Clearlake Insurance Brokers are seeking a insurance broker to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and experienced in customers service, with a demonstrated ability to enthusiastically support clients and colleagues identifying the right insurance policies, researching options, providing advice, and negotiating with insurance companies. We are looking for someone organised and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a full-time position based in our Sydney CBD office.
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited to
- Assist senior brokers in managing client accounts and building strong client relationships.
- Support the placement of insurance policies by researching markets, preparing quotations and negotiating with insurers.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Help manage renewals, ensuring clients’ coverage remains appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
- Assist in handling claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
