A graduate of Sydney University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Yianni also holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking and Tier 1 and Tier 2 certifications in insurance broking.

His in-depth industry knowledge and client-centred approach allow him to craft comprehensive coverage plans that address the complex risks businesses face. Known for his dedication to quality and maintaining strong client relationships, Yianni is a trusted advisor for corporate insurance solutions.

John Angelis

John Angelis brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on corporate and commercial insurance lines.

With a Bachelor of Finance from Macquarie University, a Diploma of Insurance Broking, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 certifications in insurance broking, John has developed a strong foundation for delivering strategic, customised insurance solutions to businesses.

Known for his commitment to client satisfaction and leadership skills, he consistently provides tailored coverage that addresses each organisation’s unique risks and needs, building long-lasting client relationships.

Julie Nantais

Head of Operations

Julie Nantais is an experienced operational leader with a strong background in governance, compliance, and organisational management. After relocating from Canada to Australia, she brings an international perspective shaped by senior roles across government and higher education sectors.

Julie holds a Joint Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Communications and Sociology from the University of Ottawa. Her career spans executive support, parliamentary-level governance advisory roles (2021–2024), and most recently advising a university’s Board of Governors on governance and information/privacy matters. As Head of Operations, Julie is focused on driving operational efficiency, strengthening governance practices, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Sharon Camenzuli

Financial Controller

Sharon Camenzuli is an accomplished Financial Controller with a robust background in business and finance. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business in 1990 and is a certified CPA, showcasing her expertise in financial management and accounting practices. With years of experience in financial oversight and strategic planning, Sharon is dedicated to ensuring the fiscal health of the organisation. Her analytical skills and attention to detail allow her to implement effective financial strategies that drive business success. As Financial Controller, Sharon plays a key role in guiding financial decision-making and supporting overall business objectives.

Principal

Monique Logan brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, following a decade in marketing and sales within the advertising sector. Having studied law at university, she combines legal insight with strong business management and development skills. Monique is highly skilled in navigating complex contractual issues, including policy wordings and claims, and has a deep interest in business growth and client relationship development. Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, she consistently delivers tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Isabella Miccio

Operations Assistant & PA to the CEOs

Isabella Miccio is an organised and driven professional.

Before joining Clearlake, Isabella worked as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail, where she honed her leadership and discretion skills and maintained structure within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This experience laid the foundation for her success in PA and Operational support.

Known for her professionalism and ability to build trusted relationships, Isabella is passionate about fostering collaboration and excellence within the workplace while continuously developing her skills.

Mariam Sidhoo

Head of Claims

Mariam Sidhoo is a dedicated Claims Executive currently completing her Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring in Sociology, at the University of Western Sydney. Her academic pursuits equip her with a strong understanding of social dynamics and human behaviour, which she applies in her professional role. With previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Mariam has honed her skills in communication and problem-solving, allowing her to effectively assist clients and navigate the claims process. In her role at Clearlake Insurance Brokers, she is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth claims experience for clients. 

Alex Rose

Account Executive

Alex Rose is a driven Account Executive at Clearlake Insurance Brokers. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management with Economics from Swansea University, where he developed key skills in project management, financial analysis, and effective communication. After beginning his career in banking in the UK, Alex transitioned into the insurance industry, gaining valuable experience as a Claims Consultant before joining Clearlake. Anthony Panaretos

Natasha Read is a dedicated Claims Executive with a strong background in insurance, policy analysis, and fraud investigations. After graduating from college, Natasha began her career in the United Kingdom within the motor insurance industry’s Counter Fraud Services Department, where she quickly progressed to handling complex cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, and policy validation. This experience gave her a strong understanding of policy operations, accuracy in information, and the importance of fraud prevention in protecting genuine claims.

Upon relocating to Australia, Natasha joined an internal dispute resolution authority as a Jurisdictional Rules Officer, specialising in insurance and investments. There, she deepened her expertise in policy interpretation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

James spent four years working in the UK financial services industry, where he studied towards his ACA Chartered Accounting qualification as part of his role, developing strong technical and analytical capabilities. After relocating to Australia, he transitioned into the Insurance Industry, gaining experience on the claims-managed side of a large insurer before moving into a brokerage environment. Fabio D'Onofrio

Fabio is a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, he studied for a Business Certificate at Edinburgh College. He brings over 10 years of diverse experience within the financial services industry, having held a range of roles across multiple departments.

Just before relocating to Sydney, Fabio worked as a Senior Sales Support Executive, where he completed multiple financial planning exams.

Since moving to Sydney, he has further expanded his expertise by working across various areas of insurance, inparticulary in claims, consistently demonstrating adaptability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

In his current role as a Claims Executive at Clearlake, Fabio is focused on delivering excellent outcomes for clients while contributing positively to the team. He brings a strong work ethic, valuable industry experience, and a collaborative approach to support Clearlake’s continued success.

Ronak Wadee

With a strong track record of partnering with major networks, Enrico combines technical underwriting insight with a hands-on, client-first service model. He takes pride in delivering clear advice, tailored coverage and responsive support through every stage—from placement through claim.

Hana Fuentes

Assistant Account Executive

Hana Fuentes has 11 years of experience in accounting, building a strong foundation in financial management, reporting, and operational support. She is a graduate of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina in the Philippines, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management—a degree that shaped her understanding of business finance and prepared her for the professional path ahead.

Her career took shape at Logan Insurance Brokers, where she spent eight years handling and assisting with the full range of the company’s accounting and financial responsibilities.

When Clearlake Insurance Brokers acquired Logan, Hana transitioned over to Clearlake, continuing to contribute her skills, knowledge, and dedication to support the business.

With each chapter—Logan, Clearlake, and everything ahead—she continues to focus on improving processes, supporting the business, and contributing to well-managed financial operations.

Jenerson Reus

Assistant Account Executive

Jenerson Reus is an insurance professional with strong experience in claims management, broking support, and policy administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2011).

Prior to joining Logan Insurance Brokers, Jenerson gained valuable experience handling claims and working in U.S. life and health insurance, particularly in compensation processing, licensing, medical billing, and appeals. These roles strengthened his technical foundation and industry knowledge.

Since 2018, he has supported Logan Insurance Brokers as an Assistant Claims Manager and Broking Process Support, gaining extensive expertise in non-life insurance claims, policy reviews, settlements, quotations, and renewals. Following Clearlake’s acquisition of Logan Insurance Brokers in July 2025, he transitioned to Clearlake Insurance Brokers, where he continues to deliver efficient, reliable, and client-focused service.

Judy Manubag

Assistant Account Executive

Judy Manubag is a dedicated professional from the Philippines with a strong background in both engineering and insurance. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology. Judy began her career in research and development department of a Japanese-owned tile manufacturing company, where she gained a decade of experience in product innovation and quality improvement.

In 2015, she made a significant career shift into the insurance industry. The following year she joined Logan Insurance Brokers, where she received extensive training under the guidance of Andrew and Monique Logan, as well as other senior brokers.

When Clearlake acquired Logan Insurance Brokers in July 2025, Judy transitioned to Clearlake Insurance Brokers as an Assistant Account Executive, continuing to bring her strong analytical skills, adaptability, and commitment to excellence to the role.
