What happens now?
From 1 June 2026, the WEBFIS insurance broking portfolio and related servicing operations will transition to Clearlake Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd
Importantly, the trusted WEBFIS servicing team you have been dealing with will remain in place and continue supporting your insurance needs under Clearlake’s broader national insurance broking platform.
Clients will continue receiving the same personalised service and support from the existing WEBFIS team, now further strengthened by Clearlake’s broader insurer relationships, claims resources and operational capabilities.
What does this mean for you?
- Your existing insurance policies and insurer arrangements remain unchanged
- There is no immediate action required from you
- Your existing WEBFIS servicing team will continue managing your insurance needs
- Claims support and policy servicing will continue as normal
- You will now benefit from Clearlake’s expanded market access, resources and support capabilities

From 1 June 2026, all insurance quotations, tax invoices, payment instructions and official insurance correspondence relating to your insurance portfolio will be issued by Clearlake Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd.
For cyber security and payment protection purposes, we recommend that clients carefully verify all updated payment instructions and Clearlake email addresses before making any future payments.
WEBFIS and Clearlake will never notify changes to banking details solely by email. If you receive any request to change payment instructions, please contact Clearlake Insurance Brokers directly to independently verify the request before making payment. Please also ensure future insurance correspondence is received from authorised Clearlake email addresses ending in:
